Prime Minister Walter Nash as a vulture, perched on a notice warning of wild animals. He is observing Arnold Nordmeyer, as a tiger, tearing up the shirt of a screaming taxpayer. Refers to Nordmeyer's Black Budget and the raising of taxes under the Labour Government.
