Group of unidentified men, women, and children, in front of the Post Office at Aickens, Westland, in the 1890s. Shows a one storied, wooden building, with a verandah, surrounded by a picket fence. Most of the group stand alongside the fence, grouped around a tree stump and a clump of arum lilies. Photographer unidentified.
