Description

A large two-storeyed brick house with verandahs at the front on both levels and a brick garage at the street frontage. The plate on the garage reads `Wai-iti' `90'. A man is sitting on the verandah at the lower level. Between the house and the footpath there is a small rocky garden and a stone wall. On the right-hand side there is a large two-storeyed wooden house with verandahs at the top level at the front and back. On the left-hand side is a single storeyed wooden house with a brick garage at the street frontage. Photograph taken by William A Price ca 1920-1930.
