Description

In the first scene Jim McLay and another man are looking at a missile (Dollar float leak) which is on a launching stand ready to be fired. McLay is holding a lighted match to the fuse to ignite it. McLay is asked by the other man if it's an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). In the second scene the two men are sitting on the ground covered in soot looking at the missile which is still on the launching stand and emitting black smoke. Colin Moyle was Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
