Government Buildings near completion, Napier, 1938.
This photograph was published in the Evening Post on the [20th?] of November 1938 with the caption: `This handsome new Government building at Napier is rapidly nearing completion and is expected to be brought into use shortly after Christmas. The foundation-stone was laid by the Minister of Public Works (the Hon. R.Semple) on March 12 last.'
