View of part of Wellington showing the corner of Willis and Manners Streets and the surrounding area. The Rhodes, Hickson, Hunter and Fitzherbert wharves can be seen on the left of the image. Taken by an unknown photographer for the Post and Telegraph company ca 1869.
This photograph was taken before the new St Mary's and All Angels Church was built in 1873-1874, but taken after the Methodist Church (with spire) was built in 1868.
