Description

The scene is the office of Filbert & Coy. The boss is standing by the open door with a barometer in his hand while the workers are donning coats and hats as they leave the office. On the wall is a notice which reads 'To save power during power cuts caused by N.Z.E.D. power station workers' stopwork heating will be switched off between 9-15 & 11-45 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday'.
