Cadastral map of ten numbered sections with values in pounds sterling, acreages and measurements, of the Pybus Estate, Kuripuni, Masterton. Sections 4, 6 and 7 include a site of a house, blacksmith's shop and shed. Includes Chapel, Crayne, Queen and High Streets, South Road and Waltons Avenue. Walton's Estate is adjacent to the Pybus Estate. A river runs through two sections and through a section marked 'Trust Land, Trust property'.
Pencilled note under title, presumed added at a later date, reads 'Surveyed by A. P. Rawson, April 1908'.
