Part 2 of a 3 part panorama of Thorndon, Wellington, taken 1877 by James Bragge. Looks over houses, towards the harbour, with the house 'Pendennis' on Grant Road in the foreground. Princess Hotel is in the centre, on the corner of Molesworth and Murphy Streets. Tinakori Road runs to the left.
