This photograph was published in the book `Mr Explorer Douglas' edited by John Pascoe, 1957, plate opposite page 108, with the caption "Wash day in a glacier river. Douglas scrubs his shirt while his towel dries on a rock."
Dated in reference to photograph PAColl-5936-02, published over the page in the same book, dated 1894.
