This cartoon features a life size picture of a suspected bank robber on a wall. Various people are accusing others of being the suspect and a police woman is leading away a cleaning woman and a police man is leading away a vicar. Another police officer is asking the constable standing next to him to try on overalls to see if he could be the suspect.
