The cartoon shows an unusual machine named, the great NZ clobbering machine. It is being driven by a man representing the reserve bank and a man representing NZ customs. The machine is destroying a car that represents the supercar lottery to aid children's peace prize award. Refers to CER and New Zealand trade controls.
