- Description
Shows Peter Dunne (Mr Reasonable) and Winston Peters (the man who would be king) standing beside each other on soap boxes. They are being pelted with eggs and other missiles by the Labour Party on one side and the National Party on the other. Peters looks nonchalent and Dunne has his hands extended in a placatory gesture. Refers to acrimony between Helen Clark and Don Brash which played into the hands of Dunne and Peters casting them in a favourable light.
