`10 July 1923'. This notebook is possibly notes from Best's 1923 Dominion Museum Expedition to the East Coast, with Apirana Ngata, Peter Buck, and James McDonald. Includes stories of Ngati Porou, fishing methods, gardening methods, karakia, flute playing etc. Some information supplied by J Reedy and some by M Ngata.
