Nc class locomotive built by Baldwin Locomotive Works, Philadelphia for the Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company (maker's no 23594/04), as WMR no 18. At the end of 1908 the company was purchased by the Government, and it was renumbered NZR 'Nc' 462. Written off in September 1928.
