A schematic drawing of the triangle at the junction of High Street and Colombo Street, ca 1859, and the position and names of the shops at that point. They were Raphael, first pawnshop in High Street, then facing the triangle (a cab stand) are Ruddenklau pie shop, Eales eating house, Hossack grocer and Ruddenklau, beer licensee. At the corner of Colombo Street is a further building, unnamed
