George farmed the property until his death in 1945. His son Fletcher then purchased the property and in 1972 his son Roy went into partnership with him for 6 years and then Roy Fletcher Burnett and his wife Nancy became the owners in 1978. In 2008 their son David and his wife Suzie became partners creating a 4 way partnership.

In 2008 the property was awarded the New Zealand Century Farm and Station award to mark over 100 years of continuous ownership by one family.
