In the first of two vignettes (which is set in March 2003), a gun toting United States general with a gung-ho attitude abuses cowboys represented various countries as he heads off to war in Iraq. However, in the second (which is set in September 2003) he returns covered in scratchs and bruises, begging for their support. Refers to the problems faced by the United States when they invaded Iraq in 2003.
