Exterior view of T Munro's general store in Wanganui. Shows a one storied wooden building with a verandah. Signs advertise T Munro as a general importer, bookseller and stationer, and family tea warehouse. Brooms lean against two verandah posts. Posters on the shop window advertise Colman's Mustard and tomato sauce. One reads "Have you seen the comet". Boxes of Fry's homeopathic cocoa are visible.
