Bird's-eye view looking south east of the Auckland Savings Bank building and neighbouring buildings in Queen Street, as well as buildings in Lorne Street and Wellesley Street, etc. Identifiable buildings and businesses include: People's Palace Dining Rooms (Wellesley Street), Young Women's Christian Association; YMCA; Cousins & Cousins Ltd (coach builders); J Callaghan's Galvanised Iron Works (Lorne Street); Edson's Medical Hall (Queen Street).
