This cartoon relates to the introduction of colour television in New Zealand and features the office of Dibble, Dibble, Dibble and Glibb. The staff are just going out the door. There is a television on one of the desks on which can be seen a racecourse. The boss is looking on crossly and a manager is explaining to him that the staff have gone to watch the New Zealand Trotting Cup in another office which has colour television.
