Water for fighting troops. Water cans being loaded on to mules and donkeys of a NZ Pack Coy in Tunisia in May as the war in Africa drew to a close. Taken by M D Elias, 15 May 1943.
Scope and contents and Historical notes both transcribed from the back of file prints.
Personnel of the newly formed 1st NZ Mule Pack Coy which served in Tunisia was drawn from men with previous experience with animals.
