Map showing land to be made available to the Wellington City Council on the northern tip of Miramar Peninsula. The land is bounded by Kau Bay, Mahanga Bay, an army base at Point Gordon, the Domain at Scorching Bay, Mount Crawford Prison, the Post and Telegraph centre, and the Navy base north of Shelly Bay. Also shows land that may later be transferred to the Council south of Point Halswell, and a large area of City Council land south of Shelly Bay and including Shark Bay.
