Photographs of ships which serviced Campbell Island during the 1880s and early 1900s; scientists on the Campbell Island Scientific Expedition in 1907; whalers, including Harry Norton and his brothers Dick, Jack and Tim, and the Heberley brothers, Walter, Harry and Johnny; also views of the remains of the Cook Brothers' whaling station at North East Harbour, photographed in 1943. Album created by Ian Stratford Stewart while preparing his book "Campbell Island; a history", published by A.H. & A.W Reed in 1976.
