A rubbish collector empties a rubbish tin labelled Rich in his rubbish truck. A tin labelled Te Hue Hue already lies empty on the ground. Refers to National MPs Georgina Te Hue Hue and Katherine Rich who both were demoted to the back bench after disagreeing with leader Don Brash's stance on Maori and Welfare respectively.
Treaty of Waitangi issues was the subject of Don Brash's annual Orewa speech in January 2004, and Welfare the topic of his January 2005address.
