These are said to indicate the following character types: economical, quiet and retiring, shallow and unreliable, music humorous and witty, attentive and thoughtful, and very affectionate. At the top is a picture of four feet in action on the floor.

The verso is an advertisement for the pharmacy of W H Beck.
