The accompanying bag with die and counters is at Eph-001.

Creators were Susan Clarkson, Bruce Morley and Jenny Brown. The counters were polished gemstones made by Agnes Leaf of Rawene, and the die is a cube of rimu cut by Paul Burgess of Kohukohu.
