A farmer is being bitten in the bottom by a puppy labelled 'exchange' while the leaders of the Coalition government, George Forbes and Gordon Coates, drive off in their open motorcar.
Extended Title - Since the exchange rate has been pegged at £125, primary produce prices have fallen in some cases by approximately the amount of the increased exchange. Commodities which have declined include flax, frozen meat, butter and cheese, and crossbred wool - news. The farmer (to Coalition chiefs) - 'Hi, there; you didn't tell me this pup would bite!'
