Shows three scenes. In the top right Muldoon is talking to Hugh Templeton, the Minister of Customs, on the phone urging him to help stop workers leaving the country. In the lower left scene a tax collection official is being sent to Australia to bring back Kiwi tax avoiders. In the lower right scene a family trying to leave the country are being stopped by a tax collection official who has withdrawn the man's credit cards.
Extended Title - The government is no doubt aware that the present high tax rate has been a great export incentive and is sure to take steps to amend the system
