Cadastral and surveying map of land adjacent to part of the Waiwhetu Stream and Randwick Road in Lower Hutt Boro. The site of Freethy's Island is marked with acreages, as are sections. The old eastern bank of the Te Awawmutu [sic] Creek is marked, also a drain. Sites of surveyors' pegs are shown, the name of Richardson and a native reserve.
