Description

Shows a group of people singing outside the window of Minister of Finance Arnold Nordmeyer. With a grim expression, he is reading a newspaper with headlines about the recent British budget - Income tax cut, Purchase tax down, Beer duty down. The group of singers include a woman with a pram, an importer and a man with a keg of beer. Refers to hopes that the next budget will provide some relief for the people of New Zealand.
