- Description
Leader of the Act Party, Richard Prebble is portrayed as a dog (in line with his nickname "Mad Dog"). He desperately tries to get rid of Donna Awatere- Huata, who is drawn as a flea and is giving him a lot of trouble. Refers to the Awatere-Huata fraud scandal that emerged in early January 2003.
Donna Awatere-Huata used funds from a Maori reading trust, the Pipi Foundation, to pay for her stomach stapling operation and her daughters school fees (amongst other things).
