Description

An arrangement of text and illustration, showing Mr Watts in 'his political knickerbockers', comment relating to the Haywards Railway accident. The goose is about to have its head chopped off by the axe of Fraser, on a chopping block labelled "Bretton Woods", for the benefit of dollar exports. There is some quotation of remarks critical of Bretton Woods.
