Shows details of a ground and first floor plans for a warehouse building to the left of a right-of-way off Taupo Quay, Wanganui. Also to the right of the right-of-way and covering it on the first floor, what appear to be club rooms with accommodation

The right side of the building (to the right of the right-of-way) was never built. The left side of the building is still standing and is the print studios for Unicoll's Quay School of Art
