Shows a small dinghy, the "Mururoa", on the open sea, containing two men, one of whom is rowing while the other talks. In the background, Mururoa has disappeared in a mushroom cloud, and the clothing of both men is tattered.

Refers to Sir Wallace Rowling, who helped formulate the Labour Party's anti-nuclear stance in the early 1980s.
