- Description
The Minister of Energy, Trevor Mallard wears a cape, and throws a power pylon from an area marked election year to one marked 2006. Refers to Mallard formally writing to the Electricity Commission to suggest they undertake an independent and wide consultation process, when considering Transpower's proposed pylon upgrade between Whakamaru and Otahuhu. Throughout early 2005 many Waikato farmers protested over the proposed pylons, which would run through their land. Also alludes to 2005 being an election year in New Zealand.
