Survey map of Auckland Harbour Board land required for Railway purposes. The land is bounded by a planned Quay Street extension across an area of reclaimed land, and by King's Drive. The existing Railway land is lots 3006 (which is crossed by Breakwater Road) and 12167. The map also shows sections of Customs Street, Beach Road, Quay Street and Railway Wharf to the left of the existing yards, and Factory Road, Selwyn Terrace and St. George's Bay Road to the right.
Scale given as 3 chains to the inch.
