Another copy held in the collection of Sir Ivor Richardson and sold at Dunbar Sloane's Wellington, 22 March 2006, is titled The Steps, Wellington
The steps shown were later renamed as Farmers Lane between Lambton Quay and the Terrace, north of Woodward Street.
