Copy negative by William Williams of a photogravure print published in 1882. The original painting by Lord Frederick Leighton is titled 'Wedded', dated 1882, and held in the collections of Art Gallery of New South Wales. The image depicts a Greek bride and bridegroom standing together under an archway at the top of a stair, her head leaning back on his shoulder, as he lifts her hand to his lips.
