Shows elevation of balcony, house front, proposed new laundry, together with floor plans of existing 2-storeyed house, and of proposed alterations, which make house into two separate flats.
Names of clients Casey and Peare have been crossed out vigorously with ink perhaps suggesting that the plans were not carried out for these clients at least.
The Casey family probably occupied the house at no. 10 Turnbull Street (from 1910 called no. 18) from at least 1878 until 1912. (According to Wises directories). By 1890, Mrs Margaret Casey is listed as the head of the household.
