Description: Scrapbook headed `My primary class, 1921-1922'. It is dedicated `to dear Miss Morris with love from all the boys and girls in her class'. It contains examples of the children's writing and art work and is illustrated with photographs of the children Miss E Morris taught at Taranaki Street Kindergarten. In an enclosed note, dated Oct 1966, she states that between 1921-1927 a group of children were choosen to stay on at the kindergarten after they were five and were kept for two years. They then went on to Standard One. This was to give student teachers based at the kindergarten the opportunity to teach primary age children as part of their training. Quantity: 1 volume(s).
