A sideshow shooting gallery contains two politicians' heads where the ducks usually are. Bill Rowling's head is unscathed, while the other (?) has been hit several times and thinks to himself 'Steady on, chaps'. The prizes include - a mothballed helicopter, a leaking patrol boat, antique barracks and a donated roll of wire. Refers to thepoor state of the defence fforce.
