Description

This cartoon is about attempts by women bowlers to allow them more variety of dress and features a Press Association newspaper report denying them this. The cartoon has scenarios of what would happen if they were allowed more freedom of dress such as wearing mink coats or two piece summer clothing and concludes with two matronly types in their regular uniform that this will ensure they keep their feminine appeal
