Mount Street Roman Catholic Cemetery was closed in 1891 although pre-purchase family plots were used after this date. Bolton Street Cemetery's earliest extant stone is dated 1841; the last interment took place in Jan 1967, although the latest date on a memorial is 1974 (as at 1980)
