Shows two men wearing prison outfits and scarves over their faces. One of them has a ball and chain attached to his ankle. They have climbed onto a wharf and they are being greeted by a French official who is holding two medals. There is a body floating face down in the water near the wharf. Refers to Mafart and Prieur returning to France as national heroes after the bombing of the Rainbow Warrior.
