Description

Sailing ship "Dunedin", at Port Chalmers, Dunedin, photographed between 1874 and 1890 by David Alexander De Maus. The Dunedin was particularly noted for its role in the early days of transporting frozen meat to England.

Note on back of file print reads "Built 1874 - 1250 tons. Went missing 1890."
