The Red Cross insignia is featured on the front of each badges. Badges were awarded to Basham for service, proficiency in hygiene and sanitation, Red Cross nursing, Red Cross first aid, and Merit. Housed inside a box labelled "B. Basham 75A Wellington", which includes a piece of ribbon.
