Description

Shows Minister of Finance, Roger Douglas at his desk on which are piles of papers relating to GST and deficits. He is asking his secretary to buy a large quantity of jaffas which he intends to use to extract money from a Building Society money machine. Refers to the case in August 1986 of a 14 year-old schoolboy who extracted a large amount of money from a Building Society money machine by using a sweet packet in an envelope.
