View of the ferry steamer berthed at the wharf in Mansion House Bay. Mansion House was possibly a guesthouse at this time. Passengers can be seen making their way to the ferry (possibly a vessel belonging to the Northern Steam Ship Company vessel). Mansion House is on the left partially obscured from sight by trees. Photograph taken from a vantage point overlooking the bay to the north by William A Price in early 1900s.
