Cadastral, surveyed map, showing Karori subdivision of Section 34, bounded by MacDonald Street (now Messines Road), Karori Road, Vera Street, and Duthie Street. Numbered lots show acreage, and some owners, including Riddiford's land (to later become site of Marsden College), McBell's property, Chas Johnston's property, some annotations difficult to decipher. Some sections are marked sold.
Pencilled note on map: 'For subdivision of this block see plan 109'. Another reads 'See plan 66' and 'See 649'
